How to speed up windows 7

Is your computer right now is not fast enough? In a few articles ago I wrote; Simple Ways Accelerate Windows 7 within which there are three tricks speed up your windows 7. This time I again offer six tricks sequel. This article is a sequel as the second part. Altogether there are actually 3 series and I will accomplish in the third article later.
Here are the steps:
  1. Clean the system from malicious programs. Malicious programs can come in many forms, computer viruses can cause significant damage to the computer operating system, they can also invade user privacy. Computer worm down computer performance by replicating themselves and reduce disk space and computer memory. You must use the best antivirus that scans your computer and run efficiently. Some of the best free antivirus I recommend: (1). Microsoft Security Essentials, (2). Avast, (3). Avira AntiVir.
  2. Make sure the option "high performance" has been set. In Windows 7 and Vista, the default configuration is usually set to "balanced". If you want to get the best performance, set the setting to "high performance". This facility can be accessed by going to [control panel> hardware and sound> power options]. Select the "high performance" and then you get out of that window.
  3. Get rid of programs and unnecessary files. Maybe your computer has too many programs installed. Maybe there are only displayed and not useful. Please enter the uninstall feature by clicking the [Start Menu> Control Panel> Uninstall a Program]. Please uninstall unnecessary programs. It's important not to install programs that you will use only one or two times.
  4. Disable / remove unnecessary startup entries. As soon as you start any Windows operating system, you will notice that some programs appear in the right corner of the taskbar. This is called the startup programs. Disable any unnecessary. Please click on [Start] then type [MSConfig] then [Enter]. Click the [Startup] and remove the check mark on the program that you do not need diloading when the computer startup. NOTE: Do not disable the startup programs you do not understand properly.
  5. Configure performance settings. Anyway, Windows Vista and 7 is definitely more visually appealing than the older Windows versions. To set perfoormance, please right-click the [My Computer> Properties> Advanced system settings> Performance Settings]. You can disable all by selecting [Adjust for best performance]. This arrangement is believed to speed up Windows 7.
  6. Perform routine cleaning of your hard disk. You can avoid this step if you use a popular third-party program such as CCleaner. But if you do not use any cleaning program please use the default Windows disk cleanup. Click the [Start Menu> All programs> Accessories> System tools> Disk cleanup]. Perform necessary cleaning
